We want you to love your new mattress. Our policies are designed to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.
Every mattress purchase includes our 100-night trial. We encourage you to sleep on your new mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body to adjust. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us before night 100 to initiate a return or exchange.
To be eligible for return, your mattress must be in sanitary, undamaged condition with a mattress protector used throughout the trial period. We will arrange for pickup of the mattress. Mattresses that are soiled, stained, or damaged may not be eligible for full refund.
Once we receive and inspect your returned mattress, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
All mattresses are covered by a 10-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If you experience any issues covered by the warranty, we will repair or replace your mattress at no charge.
If your mattress isn't quite right, we may be able to exchange it for a different model, firmness, or type. Our sleep specialists will help you find a better match for your needs.
